Artist Chair

For this project we had to take a chair and put strips of artwork on the chair, and then add a shadow of the chair to make it look 3-D. The first chair I did was the Vincent Van Gogh Chair and for that one I used works of art that Van Gogh did. I started off with a more difficult chair but I think it turned out alright. First I downloaded 12 of his different paintings and then I cut strips of the work out and put it on the chair. Then using the warp tool I formed the art to the chair. After I finished with that I used a drop down shadow and was finished. The second chair I did the same thing, but instead of using a drop shadow I copied the chair and turned it blackish-blue to match my background and then moved it up and to the side a little. I also used a different artist for the second chair. This was a fun project.
