Sarah's Silhouette

With this assignment we were asked to make a silhouette of something. For my first silhouette I used a picture of me jumping in the air. At first I was going to make the picture look like I was jumping off a cliff, but in order to look proportional I would have had to make myself so tiny that you wouldn't be able to see my words. Instead I just choose a plain background and add the words in behind. That is how I got the first piece. For my second piece I use a picture of a flamingo and put it in a place where you would least expect it. That is why the flamingo is in with the penguins. I also added a sunset as the silhouette of the flamingo because I wanted to try something different and it turned out great.
